The Teaching and Learning Workshop is an introduction to teaching at Kalamazoo College for all new faculty colleagues. New faculty members work with experienced K faculty to explore teaching and learning at K. The workshop is focused around three microteaching sessions.

The Course Visit Cohort connects faculty members who wish to visit each other’s classrooms and meet to discuss their experiences. The goal of the community of practice is not to “assess” or “provide feedback,” rather the goal is to create a community centered around teaching and learning.
